Western Sicilian Catarratto meets Northern Italian (but grown in Sicily) Pinot Grigio – and it really works. The grapes are separately fermented, then blended and left for a couple of months to maximise body and depth. The result is an enormously pleasurable everyday drinking wine with intense citrus aromas and tropical fruit flavours. Perfect with seafood, or as an aperitif.
