A fudgy and chocolaty brownie with salted caramel syrup on top! A classic treat loved by many, now you can make it fully organic!
This recipe is best for a baking tray 27 x 20 x 3,5 cm
What you will need:
100gr of unsalted butter
100ml of sunflower oil
180gr of chocolate discs
4 medium eggs
220gr of raw cane sugar
120gr of self rising flour
50gr of cocoa powder
Let's start by melting the butter with the chocolate discs and sunflower oil. You can melt this in the microwave or in a pan at low heat. In a separate bowl, start whisking the eggs with the sugar. Add the buttery melted mix to the eggs and sugar and stir gently Sift the flour and cocoa powder inside the mix and keep stirring At this point you should have a smooth and shiny chocolate mix Pour the mix in a baking tray and spread it evenly Add the salted caramel syrup on top Bake for 30 minutes at 180° static.
