This banana bread is the perfect mix for chocolate and banana lovers! Fudgy and moist, with a bit of crunchy bite. Completely vegan and organic.
Baking pan suggested: 18 x 9 x 5.5 cm
What you will need:
150gr Regular White Flour
40gr Cocoa powder
10gr Baking Powder
10gr Bicarbonate of soda
250gr of ready to ripe bananas (roughly 4 medium banana)
10ml of your favourite m*lk
75ml sunflower oil
130gr of sugar
50gr of dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preheat the oven at 180°
Start by mashing the bananas with the sugar
Whisk everything until the mixture is starting to look creamy (don’t forget to leave some banana chunks!)
Add the m*lk and the oil
Whisk until you a have smooth mixture
Slowly, start sifting the flour the cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder into the mix
Whisk until the mixture is looking smooth and shiny!
Add some chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate for some extra crunchy texture, and gently mix.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan
Bake for 40-45 minutes
Best served warm with a milky coffee!
